bring back the SUPERMODEL

just finished watching a fashion show (no names necessary) & couldn’t help but notice how cookie cutter todays models are.. I completely understand the importance of modeling the clothes themselves as opposed to the attention being on the model only but I remember when I first laid eyes on fashion models (at that time it was the era of Claudia Schiffer, Linda Evangelista, Helena Christensen, Christy Turlington, Naomi Campbell etc.) & they all looked so legendary to me; the epitome of a SUPERMODEL. They were more than supermodels, they were superWOMEN. They were far from cookie cutter, each one stood out with her own specific look & personality, they were different in their own ways.. they blended perfectly together in pictures yet each one stood out & was memorable. I’m in love with these ads
